Hi,
Im clicking on the chat support and it brings an old conversation up and no one answers... is it possible its not working?

    Hi, It's normal to see old communications. When you make a request the robot normally answers and passes you a person. If that doesn't seem to work, clear the browser cache and try again. If not, please contact @Whizz in private message.

    The chat is still open

    Someone will answer eventually. Sometimes it takes a while.
