No ringing sound to those who calls me

Hello, when my family calls me they said that they don't hear any ringing sound on their end. They will just hear me answer their call. Not sure what is happening.

Sorry to hear about the issue.

First try to test the Sim card in another mobile phone to check if the same issue occurs , and if it does - we will need you to contact our colleagues on Live chat, to check if you are in a well covered area by the Fizz services.

If the issue does not occur, then this might be a device issue with which we can`t really help.
On another note, if you don`t have another phone try to reset your phone`s network settings,
