incorrect password
Hello there, I just installed my modem and completed the first 4 steps, but at step 5 I was stuck since I put in the default key printed on the modem but the device showed me that this key is incorrect. I tried several times, it still looks like that, what should I do next?

Sorry to hear about the issue.
99% of the time, there is a confusion with the letters - some users mistake number 1 for the small letter L .
Please check your label carefully and see if that`s the case on your side , while also trying different options.
