I am still waiting for my phone # to port from Freedom mobile! WHAT IS THE HOLD UP??? I paid for everything it should not be taking this long!! I WANT A REFUND! No way of getting any support

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    I verified your account and it looks like the transfer never went through as the IMEI that you entered in the transfer process was incorrect.

    In the end it looks like you activated a random number.

    Just make sure to reboot the phone after the Sim is inserted in the device so you have the latest network settings installed and test the line using these details : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-test-my-fizz-line
