I ordered my sim card august 21 and its been 16 days including long weekend

my sim card never arrived and it never gave me a choice of express shipping with tracking number what should i do

    Express delivery is not available yet ,but if you didn`t receive the Sim card, reach our customer service on chat : https://fizz.ca/en/support to confirm what delivery address you had in the first place on your order.
