Try to restart your phone if the carrier settings appear to have not been installed and check if your services are working properly as more details can be found here also : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-test-my-fizz-line
If you can`t use the services, try to use the Sim card in a VoLTE Fizz compatible phone to check if the issue persists : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices and reach our customer services on chat if you still have issues.

to force the carrier setting update, connect to the wifi, and go Settings > General > About this should force the phone to update it
