No internet / mobile data (while on phones)

But I don't think it's the router cause the second I make a call on my phone, my LTE also drops and I no longer have data.

Sorry to hear about the issue.
From what I saw on your account you have multiple internet plans and mobile plans also, so it would be easier if you could reach our colleagues on Live chat for further investigations : https://fizz.ca/en/support
On another note, try to check your coaxial and power cable to confirm that this is not an electrical issue and also test the modem in another outlet - and for your phone test the Sim card in another device compatible with the Fizz VoLTE and check if you have the same issue.
