Activation Pending over 12 hours

I was trying to transfer my number to Fizz last night around 6:00, but my Fizz account was still showing pending the next morning. I recevied the port out message 6:30 and replied YES 7:16, I am thinking was this the reason why activation still pending? could you help me with this?

    Hi, check with customer service to find out the status of your customer file by contacting them here:

    see if your fizz account has any notifications that said transfer failed or any email from fizz saying transfer failed. otherwise, plug the sim card in and see if you receive service.

    Sorry to hear about this issue.
    I have relaunched you the transfer request and you will need to reply again to the transfer request message in the first 90 minutes from now.
    Once you have answered to the message you should get an email within 2 hours to let you know if the line was transferred.
