Mobile data at 1.5G left, but acting like its at 0

i had to travel quite a lot this month. So i got to 1.5G left at about half the month. Whats frustrating is it completely wont let me use any more data when i clearly still have some left and im in the middle of moving so i dont have a home internet yet… its just frustrating when once a day it will let data go through for about 5 minutes.


can this be fixed or arranged?

    try switching to fizz ext manually to see if it's a connection issue

    Did you check on your account how much data you have it?

    Are you using in Fizz or Fizz Ext?

    If you finish the data you can buy or ask some data gift from other users

    my connection is perfect there is no issue besides fizz not allowing me to use the last of my data?! Like i said. Some people mentioned fizz ext? Whats the difference and how do i switch?

    Try this to select a Fizz Ext, however, use it only for testing, after set it back to automatic

    Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Network Operators

    iPhone: Settings → Operators

    android: settings →network and internet→sims→fizz→scroll to the bottom and untoggle automatic select network

    iphone: settings → mobile data → mobile network

    in both cases after you go in, wait a few minutes for it to display the other network settings. iphone wait is longer than android in my experience

    nothing of this worked. can i talk to a costomer service rep? or tech person who can do the checks and issue compensation?

    Please make sure that you are in your coverage zone to be able to use the remaining data.
    If the issue persists you can try and manually switch to the Fizz EXT network by following this steps: 
    Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Network Operators
    iPhone: Settings → Operator
