Abysmal speed in southshore

I pay for 40mbs and I'm getting 3 to 7 mbs - I work from home. This is horrible.

Is there an outage? The outage map says there's one in montreal/southshore.

What is happening.

    I've reset my modem, I've ran diagnostics. I've unplugged, and replugged. Nothing works.

    seems my internet is back at 35 mbs all of a sudden.

    maybe contact Fizz customer service. They are usually quicker to respond.
