SIM card delivery information not showing

It has been a week since my order and the delivery information for the SIM card is not showing. The AI chatbot was not able to give a solution.

    Hi @JayS4444

    You should wait a couple of day since the delivery can take 5-7 business days, outside Quebec is Canada Post delivering it

    If it is urgent you can always buy in a near buy store https://fizz.ca/en/participating-stores/sim-card
