It's been 9 days and I haven't received my SIM card..

I ordered the SIM card on August 23, 2024. I have been waiting for 9 days now still have no trace of the package. I chatted with the bubble this morning but only the robot replies... Might I ask... Where is my SIM card??

    I sudgest you contact the support team they will help you. When you speak with the robot keep asking "I want to speak with an agent" and he will transfer you to one.

    Normally, support will ask you to buy another SIM card and then they will reimburse you.

    You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    Depending on where you live, it may be more convince to buy a SIM card from a local store. I think it costs 15.00 but I may be wrong.
