No wifi in Verdun

I know I'm not the only one, I know it's in the hand of technicians, but please stop telling people to look for the @ light... WE KNOW internet comes back eventually. It happens every 5-10 minutes, has been going on for almost a week now.
Yeah, streaming is uttely annoying in those conditions, but working is impossible!
Please escalate to technical team. I need to provide an ETA to my boss or change provider asap. Could I please get an estimated resolution time?

Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your account and it looks like the signals are quite degraded in your area - for you and for other users as well.
A maintenance on the network grid was declared, so we can only suggest to reboot the modem once every few hours to check if the service has been restored as there is no estimation for when the issue will be resolved specifically.
