I switched from my old S21 phone to S24U,which has all thefrequency bands needed for fizz. I was using the other provider's card before and it worked fine. When I insert the fizz card it says no service, sim not allowed. I want to know how to make my fizz card work properly on my s24u.

    Hi @L43242

It seems that your phone is sim locked, did you try to contact the provider from whom you bought the phone and ask the code to unlock it? The phone sold in Canada are supposed to be unlocked

    Hello L43242,
    Thank you for reaching out.

If the Fizz SIM card was working fine with the S21, and the S24U worked fine with the SIM from your other provider, you should indeed check if the new phone may be locked with your previous provider, as elena code xzi4t  mentioned.

Make sure the phone is unlocked, and if the issue persists, feel free to contact us .
    Have a good one!
