Hi- I’m in USA. I have a Iphone SE, LTE. My profile on my Fizz account says that my Iphone is not certified Volte.

i can make call to Canada but I can barely ear the persons I’m calling. They ear me clearly though.

Nobody can call in USA. I can’t receive calls.

Someone can help me?

Thanks.

    Hi @Simon99

Can you try to insert the SIM in a different phone?

Can you try to use an earphone to exclude a problem with your phone?

Do you have the network operator configured to automatic? If this doesn't help, try to connect to switch to manual and pick a different provider.

You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    Hi @simon99,

Are your cellular settings set to 5G Auto? (Settings, cellular, cellular data options, voice & data)

If Iphone SE 1st generation, only max LTE. No 5G.

What is your exact Iphone SE model ? 2016 ?

Thanks for replying. My SE is a 3rd génération (model MMXA3VC\A). Yes, the settings are to 5g auto.

Yes, le provider is set to automatic. I’ll try to set to manual. I don’t have earphone. I will try the ship on my wife’s to see how it respond.

Thanks to all for the feedback and suggestions.

Sorry for the delay, I’m in the wild often wirhout cellular access.

    Hello Simon99,
    Thank you for reaching out.

We are sorry you could not use all your services properly in the United States. We suggest you try the solutions the other community members provided, concerning the cellular options, however, instead of choosing 5G, select an option that does not contain it, and contains LTE instead. Fizz does not operate on 5G, which may affect the service.

If the issue persists, feel free to contact us privately.
    Have a good one!
