Sorry to hear about the issue.
I saw that you contacted our customer service on chat to check why the service is not working properly, but the Sim card works just fine in another phone.
At this point, I can only advice you to do a factory reset on your phone ( be sure that you make a back-up save ) - connect to WiFI to have the newest network settings installed and then reboot the phone.
If the issue still persists, I can advise you to contact Apple for further investigations.
