Can't update my paiment method

Hello,
I am trying to add a new credit card, as the old one expires today, and it says i have attended the maximum attempts. I've tried on the web site, on application and incognito. It doesn't work! Can you please help me! I need the internet for work!

When you reach the limit of attempting to add a payment method, you need to contact our customer service privately, which I noticed you did and managed to resolve the situation together.
