I'm using a TP-Link WiFi 6 AX3000 PCIe WiFi Card Archer TX55E, which was working for some time but suddenly the 5g wifi on the PC is very unstable until it stays on 'no internet', I have tried to turn it off, and then on the router but the behavior is the same, is there a way to understand this or change configurations w/e? thanks

This is not 5g, this is 5.8ghz. Try 2.4ghz if work great.

    Try to separe band.

The modification of this option is possible via mobile application Fizz Wi-Fi:

    1. Choose: ''My Wi-Fi''
    2. Select your Wi-Fi network
    3. Select: ''Advanced Settings''
    4. Band Steering ''On/Off''
    5. The Fizz Wi-Fi app is available for free at various online stores (Apple Store and Google Play Store).

This change can also be applied through the Wi-Fi modem user interface:

    1. 1. Log in at: 192.168.0.1 from the web browser of any device.
    2. 2. Log in using the following information:
    3. Username: cusadmin
    4. Password: xxxxxxxx (Password you chose during initial setup)
    5. Go to the next section to apply changes:
    6. Wireless ->Advanced -> 2.4 Ghz or 5Ghz -> Band Steering (Disable)
    7.  If you do not remember the password you entered during setup, press and hold the "Reset" button behind the modem to reset your Wi-Fi modem back to its factory settings.

    Hello Drakko,
    Thank you for reaching out.

We are sorry to hear about this situation, and we will do our best to help you out, however, we will need you to contact us privately, as on the Fizz account linked to this profile, we found no internet plan, therefore, we cannot verify the signals of your modem.

We suggest trying the steps provided by G225 code IRSGE to disable band steering and let us know if the issue persists.

    Have a good one!
