Anyone having trouble activating the new sim card offered by fizz? I follow the steps and the website tells me to contact customer service via chat. By the time I get a response my login has timed out and the representative gives up on me. When I return the chat is still active but the next representative didn't seem to bother to scroll up and asks me to provide the same information I already had....

Will answering to my own question with a question give me points for the expert badge. Still just wasting time waiting trying to keep from losing my login while it wait for a reply from customer service...
