It has been 7 days since my initial chat has started. It will not connect to an agent and I am having issues making payments.

The button to make a payment is not working. nothing is working as expected on the website...

Can anyone suggest something useful? This is so frustrating.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I am sorry to hear that you were not able to proceed with payment. I verified your file and noticed that you started a live chat session yesterday,  and eventually got connected to an agent, however, by that time, the payment you wanted to process went through. 

    We are sorry if there are longer waiting times, however, we have experienced a lot of contacts recently, and we are doing our best to get back to each of you as soon as we can.
