No connection in Verdun MTL??

Hi all first tine caller here- been out of internet service for 6 days now - been told via copy paste to do the same reset again and again every day i Chat for help then told yesterday it was in my area and being looked into. Work from home so its been PTO days for me so id really like to know if its just me- so i can switch to another provider asap or are others dealing with this too?? Bonus question : u ever had no fizz internet for this long? Thank you all in advance and have a good end of summer !

    Following my verification, one of my colleagues already informed you about the current maintenance going on in your area that is indeed causing issues.

    As a useful tip, for the moment, I can only suggest you check the light "@" of your modem from time to time and if it is not blinking ( lit green), your connection was restored and you will need to electrically restart the modem once more.
    To restart the modem, you can disconnect the power cable from the back, wait for 30 seconds then plug it back in.

    As per your services agreement, since the maintenance lasted more than 48h, you will be refunded for the days when you had no service, so once it gets restored, please contact us and we will gladly process the refund for you.
