internet interruption occurred every day!
In the past month, there have been several brief network interruptions every day. These interruptions usually last for a few minutes or even shorter, and then everything returns to normal. Most of the interruptions occur in the afternoon. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to address it? Thank you

Intermittent issues can be difficult to troubleshoot.
There could be something causing interference with your coax cable from the outside.
Sometimes if the shield of the coax cable is damaged and the cable runs near an AC motor cable the motor can induce spikes on your cable signal when it starts. This could explain why the problem is intermittent and seems to occur around specific times.
Have support check the quality of the signal your modem is receiving. If the signal is ok when they check (which it could be if the issue isn't happening when they check) have them send a technician to inspect the outside installation.

you'll have to contact support and have them take a look at the modem signal etc from their end.

Hello @yiwang
Following my verification, the signals of your modem are not in optimal parameters. Could you please verify if the cables show any sign of damage? Also, please restart your modem by unplugging its power cable, leave it until all the lights are off, allow it 10 more seconds, then plug it back in a different electrical outlet if possible, not a bar or an extender.
