Modem wifi not working

Hi basically i have my modem who i just got not even a month ago. There’s was a storm i believe but i didnt loose electricity although no wifi no lights on the modem. I trried everything plugging it somewhere else etc. Im not very happy because to begin with it took 3 attempts on the website to get a technician to come install the cable. Now that… i tried contacting the fizz help but its a bot and i dont wanna wait forever for this. I just wanna have wifi… i use this to work. Does anyone might have a idea what to do? Or what could it be that made only the modem not work?
