Freedom Mobile VoLTE Compatibility Check
Hello, Fizz parent company Freedom has a VoLTE compatibility checker on its website.
This list has many more phones than the Fizz VoLTE whitelist. If my phone is Freedom compatible for VoLTE it should be Fizz compatible for VoLTE too yes?

Freedom was recently purchased by Quebecor so you can't take their technology and assume it is the same as Videotron and Fizz. For example, Freedom has esim but neither Videotron or Fizz has it.
And to answer your last question. No. Don't assume that.

The phone to be compatible, must be on the Fizz list of certified devices
Btw F…. is not the parent company, but more the sister one

Being a subsidiary of the same company does not necessarily mean that we are using the same technology, as mentioned and exemplified by @elena code xzi4t and @wenhan.
We are partners, however, your phone must be compatible with the Fizz VoLTE network, not the VoLTE network our partners are using.
