As you are mentioning to have issues with Wi-fi, you can try to make a network scan from the Wi-fi application.This will offer you a clear diagnosis of your connection in order to improve it.
To start troubleshooting follow these instructions:►Stand next to your Modem
►Open the Fizz Wi-Fi application and tap the 3 dots in the top right to open the application menu
►Tap “Fizz support”
►Tap “Tools and support”
Then, you will need to follow the prompts and accept all permissions until you reach the feature screen then click on Network Scan.
Please allow 2 minutes for the scan to be completed, without minimizing the application in any way.After the scan, in case of need, you can reach back the Live customer agents in order for them to assist you.
