internet keep shutting down.
My modems keep turning the ethernet off. The wifi signal is still on, but the password changes against my will.
When I restart the device, the password goes back to the usual. However, the same problem pops up less than 1 hour after. It happened 4 times today so far.
I have waited more than 10s after the reboot.
The problem affects both wifi and ethernet.
My modem is NOT on a power bar.
I have tried a different power outlet on a different breaker.

Hello Wyllas ,
Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your modem`s signals and it appears that everything is in order, apart from recent reboots which you did.
At this point to have a better understanding on what`s happening we need you to run a network scan using the Fizz WiFi app : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-wi-fi-technologies-used-fizzPlace yourself near to your modem.
Open the Fizz Wi-Fi app in Overview and press the three dots in the upper right corner to access the application menu.
Select More
Select "Fizz support"
►Tap "Tools and support"
Follow the instructions and grant all permissions until you reach the feature page, at which point you should click on Network Scan. Allow the 2-minute scan to complete (do not dismiss the program or try to see messages or notifications during this time).
Check what the app says and follow the steps and also contact our customer service on chat to also look at the scan details : https://fizz.ca/en/support
Thank you for your understanding.
Have a good one,
