sim Volte activation problem

Hi,
I received my new sim Volte card last week. I activated it but it seems to not have fully completed.

In my iPhone cellular settings, I have a "primary" phone line with the new sim but there is no phone numbers associated with it.

This prevents me to use some services such as iMessage or FaceTime.

I really hope to be able to add my phone number to this card.

    did you receive the email that it was activated and ready to go?

    Hi @Big_sandwich

    I have an iPhone with the latest IOS, but don’t see in my cellular settings a “primary” option, perhaps you are also running an eSIM of some sort?

    Please ensure that you have data roaming turned on. There is no roaming charges on Fizz. Fizz needs roaming to be turned on when you “roaming” on their partner networks.

    Would you please advise how you make out?

    Following my verification the sim swap has been completed on 16th of August at 5:36PM. Please try restarting the phone, reinserting the Sim and test out the services again. Regarding data, as other customers also specified, you'll need to turn the roaming on until the network changes from Fizz EXT to Fizz. ⚡️

    Rest assured as there will not be any extra charge for that, since our services are prepaid.
