Is this common to wait for an hour to get reply from online help
it’s really frustrating and bad way to deal your customers in this way. I was waiting for a reply from an hour then I got a reply and I got busy in some work then again I have to wait for another hour to get a reply. Mean do you think this is the way to deal with those who pay everything on time and now it’s 4th day that I don’t have internet. I don’t know what to say. But it’s not a good attitude to keep.

unfortunately, the chat connecting to an agent can range from a few minutes to several hours in my experience. certain times in the day may work better than others too.
