Help with activation and port number in

Hello, I’ve been trying to activate my plan for almost a month and trying to port my old number in. I’ve opened several tickets but nothing has helped. When I try to transfer my old number, I keep getting a message in a red banner saying that retry is not available. Now when I gave up on that and tried to just use a Fizz assigned number, it tells me that my SIM card has L ready been assigned to another member. I want to join Fizz, but it seems to be impossible. Please help.

    Hi @Sebastian123

    Regarding the error that the SIM is already assigned, probably you tried before porting, wait couples of hours before try again, since the card is locked for couple of hours if you try to activate a number.

    Regarding the porting, it is your old number still active? It is a mobile number for a subscription area?

    And remember to use a referral code in order to receive the 40$, this can be done at the activation of the first plan in one account. If you don't have a referral code, you can pick mine, is on my name after code
