Service not working for over 3 months

Looking for some advise from fellow members. On April 27th I changed my number, the process was fairly simple online, no new sim card required, paid the fees and that's it. But then my problems started: my data became intermittent and my texts and voice calls won't work. My iMessage and FaceTime still worked with my old phone #, WhatsApp still worked with old #. But then in July my data stopped working completely, so now none of the services were working. I have opened multiple tickets but its close to two months now without any solution. Yesterday my iMessage and FaceTime also stopped working and Fizz wants me to keep paying and buying text and call add-ons so their techs can keep looking for a solution. Is it fair to wait for so long to get service? I'm beyond frustrated with Fizz at this point
