Data not working on browser

I set up a new fizz sim today with data, the internet is able to connect to WhatsApp and other social media but can't connect to maps or chrome. Why?

    Check on top right if you are connected to LTE/4G

    A little bit more information please :-)

    I am assuming that you used this same phone, with no changes to it, and were able to use maps and Chrome with your previous plan from a provider other than Fizz?

    Each application has a button to have access to the Internet. Check that it is active.

    Hello @lovy

    Could you please try switching your phone to airplane mode for a couple seconds then switch it back? Then restart the phone and reinsert the Sim. Please make sure your roaming is turned on, as it is needed until the network switches from Fizz EXT to Fizz.

    Rest assured as you will not be charged, since we are a prepaid service company.
