Check on top right if you are connected to LTE/4G

Each application has a button to have access to the Internet. Check that it is active.

Could you please try switching your phone to airplane mode for a couple seconds then switch it back? Then restart the phone and reinsert the Sim. Please make sure your roaming is turned on, as it is needed until the network switches from Fizz EXT to Fizz.
