Internet is not working after resetting
When i woke up on Friday my internet was gone. I called customer service and did all the things. After resetting now i the password is not working that is written on the back side of modem. I have a very important exam on Monday and they said a technician will visit on Monday evening. What i will do with internet if its not available on time. Now they are not replying on chat as well. That’s really bad behavior and irresponsible thing from Fizz.

Try to reset again the modem, wait 15 minutes before try to connect, before connect, try to forget the wifi and also use the browser in private mode, and for sure double-check the characters to be sure to not confuse 0 with o, 1 with i etc
If it doesn't work contact back the support, they can give you the right password

We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your home internet services.
After making the necessary verifications in our tools, we were able to see that the appointment was scheduled in the earliest date from the database therefore this is why it is on Monday.
The timeframe for that visit is from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM therefore please make sure that someone over 18 will be there the whole time waiting for the technician.
In the meantime, if possible, try to connect to the internet using an ethernet cable and continue the configuration from there.

This should allow you to connect to the internet without adding the password for the wi-fi.
