I had the appointment for today from 12 P.M to 5 P.M. It's 6:27 P.M now so where's your technician?? No call or anything.

We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your appointment.
This is not the kind of services we wish to provide to our customers, however if the technician missed it was for valid reasons.
As you were already informed on the Live Chat, your visit was successfully rescheduled for August 22th from 12 PM to 15 PM.
Please make sure that someone over 18 will be there the whole time waiting for the technician as he will not call in advance.
Also, please doublecheck the address to be sure that all the details are correct, so the technician can come directly to your place.
