    Hi @nickazi

How do you test it? Try to use it with an ethernet cable

you can always reset the modem to see if this will solve it and contact the support to have the signal checked

You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    Hello @nickazi ,
We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your home internet speed.
After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we noticed that your plan is active, modem is online and it is provisioned with the correct speed.
Given the fact that there are some signals out of norms in your modem history, please try to verify the coaxial cable, to be well screwed and not damaged in any way.
Also, try to plug the modem in a different power socket, making sure it is connected directly to the wall and not by using an extension cord.
In this process, leave the modem unplugged for 10 seconds in order to make a restart.
