you can reset the pin to the voice mail through your account.

Thank you for your post.
After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we were able to see that, for the moment the Voicemail option is not included in your plan therefore this is why you are not able to access it.
To be able to use the Voicemail, this option should be included in your base plan and this was not made when activating into your Fizz account.
In accordance with our policy, any request to change the plan will be effective at the beginning of your next payment cycle, therefore your request will be effective next month.
