I have secure as much as I can all my internet activities but FIZZ account setings are ridiculously open. Only 1 password no 2FA option and no option to limit simm swamping.

    Hello @Qc75K
    Thank you for reaching out.

We are sorry to hear about the situation with your ID. We understand your concern, and we can assure you that we have a procedure in place, that only allows SIM swaps to take place after the conversation is secured, meaning the person who contacts us needs to send us photos of the documents that were taken during the live chat conversation, not scanned or cropped.

As for the 2FA process, it is currently a work in progress, since we want all of our customers to feel safer, and as soon as this security measure is implemented, you will be informed via email, and the information will be displayed on our website, and our social media.

Lastly, we recommend you set different passwords for each website you are using in case your phone/wallet is lost or stolen, and contact our customer service privately via live chat, to report it in case it happens, this way, we can resolve the issue proactively.

If you have additional questions, feel free to contact us privately, by a message to Whizz or the other communication channels on the website.

    Have a good one!
