From what I've seen from other users on the forum they won't send a technician.
If your new place has a coaxial cable you should be okay.
They are usually pretty good at being plug and play but the service might not be activated immediately so if it doesn't work you'll be contacting support and asking for a technician to come anyway.
You might also need to watch the stability and speeds of your connection because things might look fine because you have an internet connection.
