my friend has been waiting more than 3 weeks to get his new sim card by mail.

he's contacted the support thru chat : they apologize and sent another sim

still waiting for the card.

my friend lives in Montreal south shore..not in remote region.

why does it take so long to send a regular sim card ?

obviously i would not recommend to order a sim card online, instead go to Montreal subway stations and use the self-service machines. or buy it in participant stores (some Couche Tard)

😕

    Hello @kingTheod ,
We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered by your friend with the SIM delivery.

Normally, as mentioned here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/when-will-my-fizz-package-be-delivered for the SIM card, it takes from 2 to 5 business days in order for the delivery to be completed.

If the SIM was not received even after the second order, you can ask him to verify the arounds, in order to see if the package is fallen or it was left outside the mailbox.
Also, for seeing exactly what happened, please let him know to contact our customer service agents in order for them to assist further.
For that, this link can be useful: https://fizz.ca/en/support
There is also the option to purchase the SIM directly more especial since we are having a lot of partner stores in that area.
    Here are the locations: https://fizz.ca/en/participating-stores/sim-card
    Your understanding is highly appreciated.
    Have a good day.
