I tried to verify the your account but there is no number associated with it.
If you still have issues or if the number is on your wife`s account be sure to reach our customer service : https://fizz.ca/en/support for further investigations.
Be sure that the transfer is completed (as without it - incoming calls won`t ) work and that you restarted the phone in which the Fizz Sim card is inserted also.
