I am very close to cancelling my plan with you.
I am trying to reractivate my suspended plan and the "proceed to payment" button IS NOT working. yet again.
The support chat button, ALSO, isnt working. I need my line back up for tomorrow morning and you guys only have internet support which puts me in this shitty position where in 2024 im not able to use my phone providers website.
Please reach out to me ASAP (as in if possible now) or i will just cancel my plan and you will absolutely not get good word of mouth from me. i dont understand how in 4 years i have the same problem with your incompetent website. ù

check and see if your browser has adblocker or javascript blocker. also try different browsers

Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your Fizz account and it appears that the payment has passed and your plan is active.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Regarding the payment option - as of recently it`s working a bit slower than intended ( our team is aware of it ) , so to make the payment you need to press only once and then wait 10~ 15 seconds for the confirmation to appear on your screen.
