I would suggest you to send your modem to a friend in Canada. After that follow the guide to unsubscribe and give the return ID to your friend who will be able to send the modem back to Fizz via Canada Post.

    Hello @annarose ,
    Thank you for your post.
I kindly wish to inform you that, the only option to return the modem is by going with it to a Canada Post.
They are the ones in charge of sending the modem back to us.
As you are not in Canada any more, as it was already suggested, you can send it back to a family member/ friend and ask them to return it for you.
You will need the return ID label, from your emails received in the moment of deactivating your plan.
With that ID, the process to return will be free of charges.
Here are more details regarding the subject: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-return-my-wi-fi-modem
Please know that, if the modem will not be returned in 15 days after cancelling the plan, you will be charged for it.
This amount will be refunded in the moment of us receiving the package.
    Your understanding is highly appreciated.
    Have a great day.
