Can't change payment method account now suspended

I was unable to change my credit card on my account after payment was declined due to card number changed and now I have exceeded the amount of attempts so I'm locked out. Tried the chat bubble but jo one answers. Been there twice for more than an hour waiting for help. Account suspended and ko way to make a payment

    you have to contact support again. try it at different times in the day sometimes early morning they can respond pretty fast.
