I just installed SIM, activated it. I connect to Fizz BUT can't make or receive calls. Help, svp.

contact support. this sounds like an issue with incomplete porting of the number.

I just verified your Fizz account and noticed that there is no active plan on it. Please retry the activation of your SIM card, or contact our customer service if you need assistance. Here is an FAQ on how to activate your SIM card and choose a new plan, and here is an FAQ on how to transfer a phone line to Fizz .
