best way is to use the chat button from
once the chat opens, type agent. you might need to try at different times in the day to get someone. some hours are better at reaching an agent

Your should be able to access the internet without any issues.
Due to the recent power outages, there were some maintenance works being done in your area to fix the issues, therefore this is why your services were impacted.
In case there are still issues, please restart your modem.
To restart the modem, you can unplug the power cable for minimum 10 seconds.
After that, please plug the modem back on into the electrical outlet and expect about 3 minutes for the device to fully reconnect to the network.
