Internet out since 12 and been trying to contact someone on the chat service since 1 and nobody has answered me, has anyone have a specific way to talk with someone from fizz

    best way is to use the chat button from https://fizz.ca/en/support

    once the chat opens, type agent. you might need to try at different times in the day to get someone. some hours are better at reaching an agent

    If you are stuck, try to open a ticket yourself.

    Go to Settings → Resolve an issue → Submit a complaint

    We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your internet services.

    After making the necessary verifications into your Fizz account we were able to see that, right now, your modem is online and signals optimal.

    Your should be able to access the internet without any issues.

    Due to the recent power outages, there were some maintenance works being done in your area to fix the issues, therefore this is why your services were impacted.

    In case there are still issues, please restart your modem.

    To restart the modem, you can unplug the power cable for minimum 10 seconds.

    After that, please plug the modem back on into the electrical outlet and expect about 3 minutes for the device to fully reconnect to the network.

    You can also reach the customer services agents, by using this link: https://fizz.ca/en/support

    They are available at any hour, however the waiting time can be higher due to the number of contacts during that period.
