Why the support is not working ? How to contact fizz ?

    best option is to use the chat button. otherwise you can try facebook and whatsapp contact too. sometimes you need to wait few min to hours for someone to connect. also try different times in the day

    I just verified your modem's signals and noticed some resets a couple of days ago, however, the signals appear to have stabilized. I would suggest making sure that the coaxial cable is not damaged, and to keep observing how the connection works for a couple of days.
