Maximum number of attempts trying to change my credit card info account is now suspended

Tried to change my credit card and for some reason kept saying the address didn't match (only changed my card same address on my banking info as previous) and now locked out from changing cc. Tried getting in touch with an agent to unblock my account and the jot says will get help but no answer no agent, no help

    once you have the chat open, type agent then you have to wait. sometimes it takes minutes to hours to get someone. try different times in the day as well.

    The new credit card was successfully added and the payment for your plan made.
    Your plan is active now, therefore your services should be fully functional.
