We've unplugged it a few times but the @ light is still down.

After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we noticed that your modem is online now.There were some maintenances works being done in your area, due to the recent weather conditions as some cables were affected however our technicians were able to finalize them.
In case you are still encounter issues with your internet, please verify the coaxial cable, to be well screwed and not damaged in any way.
Also, you can plug the modem in a different power socket. In this process, leave it unplugged for 10 seconds in order to make a restart.
