I was victim of sim swap

My phone number got sim swapped which the person used to reset many passwords on many accounts. One account had access to money which made me lose a considerable amount of money. I need proof that my sim was swapped to prove it was not me to my bank but FIZZ is not answering 5 hours after bringing up the issue in a chat.

Just to be clear I was able to get my phone number only a few hours but it was enough to do a lot of damage. Luckily, i was able to connect with two agents who were able to get me back my account and my phone number. I've been trying to contact them after talking to the account's customer services that were breached ad they haven't replied. I have seen a similar post on here with a similar problem on July 23rd. The moderators said it was an "isolated incident", well it might be again an isolated incident but it sure is too easy to get sim swapped with just my email.
