Why your technician won't call the client?
Waiting for a modem for about a week waited home for 5 to 20:30.
Is it too much to ask for you to respect people time?
All the costumer service did is link to the reschedule page.
Now have to wait another week glad I didn't cancel my old provider.
What are the chance that I actually receive my modem?
Should I wait again to get cancelled?
Why is there no option to just received the modem by mail since I self install anyway?

If the technician didn't show up for a problem you need to reschedule the appointment, this is why they point you to the guide to reschedule.
The technician is a Videotron one, therefore Fizz doesn't have much control.
The modem is sent by mail if you already have a coaxial cable already present
