I've been a client for a month. Started a new work, need a reliable upload speed. I'm supposed to get 500/50, but for days, I'm getting 3 mbps upload at best. I'm unable to do my job properly because of that. It's the same over ethernet and wifi. I've make such all drivers and firmware are up to date. Cables are new, both coaxial and ethernet. I've rebooted and set router to factory reset 3 times, nothing changes. I've try to contact fizz staff trough the chat, outside of being ask to send a screen pic of the speed test, nothing.

Try to test other mobile or PC. Ethernet for more stability . If the same, contact support of Fizz. Probably signal problem.
Try test here and post result here.
